These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lafndr website and services available at lafndr.com (the “Site”), including placing orders and purchasing products. 1. Who can use Lafndr

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract with Lafndr, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian where applicable. By placing an order you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information you provide to us is true, complete and accurate.

2. Account registration & security

If you create an account with Lafndr, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are being used fraudulently.

3. Product information, availability & pricing

We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including images, colours, sizes and descriptions. However, colour and sizing may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances. All product prices, descriptions and availability are subject to change without prior notice. 4. Orders, acceptance & contract formation

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the items in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or problems verifying your identity. We accept payments through the payment methods displayed on the Site. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers; Lafndr does not store full credit or debit card numbers. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All payments are subject to validation and authorization by your chosen payment provider.

6. Shipping, delivery & title

We will use reasonable efforts to ship your order to the address provided. Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier (unless otherwise specified). You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; extra charges for re-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be billed to you.

7. Returns, exchanges & refunds

10. User content & submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content to the Site, you grant Lafndr a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such content for any purpose, in any media. Do not submit content that infringes another party’s rights or violates law. IN NO EVENT SHALL LAFNDR, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF LAFNDR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
