❌ Cancel Your Order – Lafndr

We get it — sometimes plans change, or you may have ordered by mistake.
At Lafndr, we make order cancellations simple and hassle-free — as long as your order hasn’t left our warehouse.


1. When Can You Cancel?

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return/exchange instead.
  • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Email us at support@lafndr.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for cancellation
  2. Our team will verify your request and confirm cancellation within 24–48 working hours.
  3. Once approved, your order will be cancelled and a refund (if payment was made online) will be initiated.

3. Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

  • Online payments (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, net banking) will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 3–5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • COD orders cancelled before shipment will simply not be processed — no payment required.

4. Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be partially cancelled. You can only cancel the entire order.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy instead.
  • Include your Order ID in all communications for faster processing.
