🔁 Returns & Exchanges – Lafndr
We believe every purchase should feel right.
If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, we’re here to make it easy, fair, and hassle-free.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, undergarments or personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
- Email us at support@lafndr.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return / exchange
- Clear photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 working hours.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or drop-off of your item.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality checks.
- Refund mode: Original payment method used for purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after we receive the product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product was damaged or wrong item delivered).
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
- If your preferred size or style is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
- The same return procedure applies for exchanges. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive your new item within 3–5 working days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the issue in your email.
- We will replace the item at no extra cost, including shipping.
6. Important Notes
- Returns must be in original packaging.
- Tags and labels must be intact.
- Items that are washed, worn, or altered are not eligible.
- Refunds for non-compliant returns will be rejected and the item will be shipped back.
