🔁 Returns & Exchanges – Lafndr

We believe every purchase should feel right.
If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, we’re here to make it easy, fair, and hassle-free.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, undergarments or personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Email us at support@lafndr.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return / exchange
    • Clear photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 working hours.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or drop-off of your item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality checks.
  • Refund mode: Original payment method used for purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after we receive the product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product was damaged or wrong item delivered).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
  • If your preferred size or style is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
  • The same return procedure applies for exchanges. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive your new item within 3–5 working days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the issue in your email.
  • We will replace the item at no extra cost, including shipping.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns must be in original packaging.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • Items that are washed, worn, or altered are not eligible.
  • Refunds for non-compliant returns will be rejected and the item will be shipped back.
